Pakete

In general, we send packages with the GLS (General Logistics Systems) parcel service. Once your item leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking code, so you can keep track at any time on the Internet where your parcel is currently located.

Freight delivery

Heavy and bulky furniture or appliances are delivered by using a freight delivery service. If you order an item featuring the message "free handling to the installation site", your delivery will be made by 2 delivery people who will put the furniture or equipment wherever you want it to be used.

Instructions for receiving

Whether a packet or freight delivery, when you receive any goods from us, please take the time to check the delivery for external damage. If you are not sure whether the shipment is damaged or not, please always sign "accepted under reserve".

Items delivered fully assembled

We want to make life as easy as possible for you. For this reason, you will find more and more items with the note "Item delivered fully assembled". These items are already assembled at our warehouse. For you this means no stress assembling items – simply put in place and go!
