This torso model from HeineScientific is a scaled-down version which shows clearly and in detail the human torso and head. The 18-piece torso model is unisex and is stable thanks to its sturdy plastic base. Removing the internal organs allows a view of the abdominal cavity, so that the kidney, ureters and ribs can be seen, for example.

The torso model is a two-part model that shows the muscles and tendons on the right side and the skin on the left side. The back of the torso model is open, so that the spine, the spinal cord, the rib connections and foramen magnum can all be seen.
