Additional inflatable cuff for boso-TM-2431 PC2 24-hour blood pressure monitor (item # 404167), specifically for people with strong upper arms (girth 28cm - 36cm).
The inflatable cuff tube’s air supply connector is screwed directly into the blood pressure monitor's air supply socket.
Place the inflatable cuff on the naked upper arm in such a way that the yellow mark is located over the brachial artery. With most people, the blood pressure in the left arm is higher, therefore, the blood pressure in the left arm is measured. If the blood pressure is higher in the right arm, then it should be measured there. The inflatable cuff should be located approx. 2-3 cm above the elbow crease. The inflatable cuff should not be tightened too much; approximately two fingers should fit between the arm and the inflatable cuff. After measurement is complete, the blood circulation must not be affected by the inflatable cuff. Position the inflatable cuff tube over the shoulder. Fasten the inflatable cuff tube to the shoulder with tape. The blood pressure monitor is carried in its bag either on an existent belt or with the included shoulder strap.
If needed, protective covers can be additionally used for protection against dirt.
