If you cannot find an item or want to search only for a specific item, you can use our intelligent search function: in most cases, you will receive a list of results with relevant offers, even if your search entry contains word combinations or typos.

Once you have found the item you want, please select the desired quantity and enter it in your basket by clicking the "Order" or "Add to basket" button. You can then continue shopping or click on the "Checkout" button to complete your purchase. So that you always have an updated overview of your chosen items, a summary of your current shopping basket is shown at the top of each page. For a detailed view of your shopping basket, simply move the cursor over the basket. Very important: If you decide you would no longer like to order an item placed in your basket or would like to change the quantity, you can do this easily in a later step.

After clicking on "Checkout", you can enter your billing and delivery address and select the desired payment method.

Firstly, you will see in the "1 Shopping basket" area a complete overview of all the items you have put in your shopping basket. In the "Quantity" field you can change the quantity and remove items completely from your shopping basket. Once you have completed the customising of your order, please click the "Continue" button to enter the next page, where you can enter your billing and delivery address. Here you have three choices:

• Are you a returning customer and already have an account? Then click on "I am a returning customer" and enter your email address and password to log in. If you have forgotten your password, you can send a request via our forgotten password service to retrieve a new password.
• If you are not yet a Praxisdienst customer, you can set up an account at this point.
• We also offer the possibility to order without creating an account.

Regardless of whether you create an account or order without logging in, please enter your address details. All fields marked with an asterisk are required fields. If you want the delivery to be made to an address other than the billing address, you can enter a different delivery address at this point.

Clicking on the "Continue" button will take you to the "Pay" page. We offer a wide choice of payment options. If you already have a PayPal account, the PayPal method will be recommended. Alternatively, you can also pay by credit card, by instant bank transfer or by invoice. For security reasons, all payment information is transmitted in encrypted form. Please note that if you are a new customer placing your first order, you cannot pay by invoice. An exception to this are public authorities and large companies. In addition, our range of payment options may be limited to customers from certain countries. Once you have selected your payment method and filled in all the necessary details, click once on the "Continue" button, which will take you to the last step of your order. Finally, we will show you the final details of your order at a glance. In addition, we ask that you accept our terms and conditions by placing a tick in the corresponding box.
Only when you click on the "Place order" button will your order be completed and then processed by us.

Once you have submitted your order, within a few minutes you should receive a confirmation email detailing your order, in which we clearly summarise the entire order, your address details and the selected payment option once again. Once your goods have left our warehouse, you will receive another email with confirmation of dispatch and a tracking code which allows you to track the delivery of your package on the Internet.
