The Intrafix SafeSet infusion device guarantees you optimum safety during usage and is most suitable for use in medical practices and clinics.
The Intrafix SafeSet is a special infusion instrument with ventilation for pressure and gravity infusion.
Item specifics:
- AirStop: The unique filter membrane acts as a barrier; entry of air into the connection tubing is prevented
- PrimeStop: The protective cap with integrated hydrophobic membrane prevents leakage of infusion solutions
- Sharp piercing spike: Simple piercing even into hanging containers; complete emptying of the infusion solution container
- Bacteria-proof ventilation, sealable by means of a Euro lid (green)
- Handy drip chamber design with highly transparent inspection glass
- Upper part of drip chamber ideal for connecting an infusion pump drip sensor
- Free-standing, elongated dropper for regular drop formation
- Flexible pump chamber with high fluid level, rapidly and easily adjustable
- 15 µm filter for protection from coarse particles
- Roller clamp in the DIN safety colour ‘orange’ with piercing spike acceptor for more safety during disposal
- Pressure resistant to 2 bar: Suitable for use with infusion pumps that are designed for 3 x 4.1 mm tubes
- Tube length: 180 cm
