The vast majority of items used in a medical practice are consumables such as gloves, syringes, disinfectants and bandage materials. Nearly 90% of these items are needed time and time again and are ordered several times a year. Each supplies order takes a significant amount of time and effort. This begins with the question of what items you need and in what quantity. Often you have no other option than determining your requirements for a specific time frame based on old invoices or by roughly estimating. There is also always the danger of forgetting an item during regular orders.

The Order Manager helps you order the same supplies and has a number of features. If you have ordered an item at least 2 times, the order manager calculates your monthly requirement for this item and suggests an appropriate order quantity. All you need to do is decide for how long you want to maintain a stock of this item. Within this list of suggestions, you can of course also delete items which you needed in past orders, but do not require for the current order. You can manually correct the calculated order proposals. This is useful, for example, in the case of seasonal items or when there have been changes in your medical practice. You can then send this order proposal list to your shopping basket with a simple click and then place your order.

Besides all these features, in the Order Manager you can of course also view your order history and manage various Wish Lists, e.g. for different doctors in an institution or for different patient groups.

Once you log in to the Praxisdienst shop, you can see directly on the home page whether stock is low on some items and whether an order is necessary. Our e-mail notification service is yet more convenient. With this service you will automatically be notified when an item that is part of your supplies is running low.
