Korsolex AF is amine-based and thus a gentle alternative to instrument disinfectants containing aldehyde. Korsolex AF is therefore suitable for disinfection of thermolabile and thermostable instruments, and also for disinfection of rigid endoscopes.

The strong dirt-releasing formula and effectiveness against high protein loads allows Korsolex AF to be used more sparingly and therefore can be used as a disinfectant of choice in doctors' surgeries, outpatient surgical clinics, laboratories and blood donor centres.
