Hospital Beds for Safely Transporting Patients
Special hospital beds such as medical stretcher trolleys are mainly used within the health sector in inpatient medical care facilities, e.g., clinics and hospitals. The beds enable safe transport of immobile or pre-operative patients to examination rooms or functional facilities in the hospital, such as operating theatres or X-ray rooms. Recovery beds are used to transport patients back from the operating theatre to the patient's room or post-operative monitoring care facilities, such as the recovery room or intensive care unit.
