What shipping options are available?

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free of charge for net orders of €100.00 or more and is delivered within Germany in 24 to 48 hours via DPD.
Express Delivery (Germany Only)

Express shipping can be selected during checkout under “Shipping Options.” For **next business day delivery by 12:00 PM**, an express surcharge of €19.50 net applies. For **delivery by 8:30 AM on the next business day**, an express surcharge of €45.00 net applies. Please note that this shipping option is only available within Germany.

Note: The stated express delivery times can only be guaranteed for **orders placed by 3:00 PM**. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the following business day, which may result in a later delivery.

Freight Forwarding
Freight delivery is provided for items marked with “Free delivery to installation location included.” These items are delivered by two carriers and placed at the location where you intend to use the furniture or equipment. On request, we also offer an extended delivery service, which includes transport to the installation location, connection of the device, and disposal of packaging materials. For other freight items, delivery is carried out “free to the curbside” with prior notice.
Praxisdienst Collect
Praxisdienst Collect is available for customers located within a 100 km radius of our logistics centre in 54340 Longuich. Customers can choose to pick up their order from our Praxisdienst Collect pickup station.
Praxisdienst Now

Praxisdienst Now offers a courier service for customers from the neighbouring Luxembourg area, ensuring delivery of urgently needed goods within 3 hours. The courier delivery is available for a flat fee of €49.00 net.

Note: This service is only displayed when ordering from Luxembourg. Customers located within approximately 100 km of our logistics centre in 54340 Longuich can also contact our customer service at any time to use this service.

What Happens After You Place Your Order

To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we process all immediately available items with priority.

  • Orders placed by 3:00 p.m.: shipped the same working day
  • Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. or on weekends: processed overnight and shipped the next working day
  • Shipping confirmation: sent by email with tracking information

Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. You will also receive a separate shipping confirmation for these items.

Whenever possible, we ship your order in a single package. For larger orders or if items have different availability, partial shipments may occur. In such cases, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Note: For the payment method prepayment, processing and shipping will begin once payment has been received.

FAQs

How do I change the delivery date or the drop-off location?

If you are unable to accept your package at the originally scheduled delivery, you can arrange a later delivery date or redirect the package to a different address.

No registration is required. On the DPD website, enter the DPD tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Then add your details along with the postal code of the delivery address. You will then have the following options for managing your delivery:

DPD Options

  • Change delivery date
  • Choose a DPD Pickup Shop
  • Select a neighbour for package collection
  • Specify a drop-off location for your package

Delivery management is even easier with the DPD smartphone app.

The delivery address and billing address are different. What should I do?

If you are purchasing for several practices or you work in different facilities, we will be happy to deliver your order to an address that differs from your billing address. To do this, click on the option "Ship to a different delivery address" in step 1 "Address" of the ordering process and fill in the corresponding details.

Does the selected payment method affect the shipping date?

For the payment method prepayment, processing and shipping of your order will only begin once payment has been received. All other payment methods allow immediate processing, so your order can be shipped as quickly as possible.
