Non-Invasive Oxygen Therapy
Medical oxygen is used in a wide range of clinical settings, meaning that different solutions are required depending on the treatment objective. For example, oxygen supply in emergency medicine during primary haemodynamic and respiratory stabilisation is subject to different conditions compared to long-term therapy of chronic diseases such as advanced COPD or heart failure. In chronic conditions, patients can also receive mobile oxygen therapy, with cylinders mounted, for example, on an oxygen cylinder stand or attached to a wheelchair.
Oxygen Cylinders for Stationary and Mobile Use
The oxygen cylinders are filled with pure medical oxygen. Depending on the application, they are suitable for both stationary and mobile use. Medical oxygen is available in smaller cylinders from 0.8 litres (equivalent to 160 litres of gas), as well as in larger sizes such as 1 litre, 2 litres and 10 litres.

Oxygen Systems
Our complete oxygen systems include an oxygen cylinder, pressure regulator, oxygen mask or nasal cannula, and a transport bag. Depending on the system, the cylinder is made from aluminium or lightweight steel and is available in various sizes.
For optimal readability, the pressure gauge on the regulator can be rotated through 360°. In addition, the flow rate is adjustable between 0–25 l/min, allowing precise control of oxygen delivery. Each system is supplied with a robust carry bag, some of which can also be worn as a backpack for safe and convenient transport.
Oxygen Accessories
Under oxygen accessories, you will find a wide range of disposable products such as oxygen masks, nasal cannulae and safety oxygen tubing. Masks and cannulae are available in various sizes for both children and adults.
You will also find high-quality pressure regulators, typically designed for an inlet pressure of 300 bar and an outlet pressure of 2.5 or 4.5 bar. Although pressure regulators have an expected service life of around 10 years, we recommend having their functionality checked by TÜV after 5 years.
In addition to products for non-invasive oxygen delivery, we offer a comprehensive range of equipment for airway management and intubation, including laryngoscopes, tracheal tubes and ventilation masks. You will also find inhalation devices that allow medication to be delivered directly into the lungs, bypassing the systemic circulation.
