Patient monitors and pulse oximeters are used to track vital signs such as heart rate and blood oxygen saturation. One key application is postoperative monitoring to detect any aftereffects of surgery or anesthesia immediately. Another important application is monitoring in emergency care by paramedics. Additionally, portable pulse oximeters are ideal for use during home visits by physicians.

Patient Monitoring

The patient monitor tracks a patient’s vital functions, including oxygen saturation, pulse, and blood pressure. Common applications include intensive care units and emergency medical services.

Patient monitors are also used in medical practices, for example in the postoperative phase after outpatient surgical procedures. Pulse Oximetry

Pulse oximetry utilises the differing absorption properties of oxygenated and deoxygenated haemoglobin. Thanks to the compact design of pulse oximeters, they are highly portable and can be used outside of medical facilities. We offer a wide range of pulse oximeters and patient monitoring sensors.
