Patient Record Folders for Medical Practices & Hospitals

Record cards and patient record folders support the documentation of patient data and make daily workflows easier for medical assistants, doctors and therapists by helping them maintain a clear overview of patient documentation. Patient Record Folders for Doctors & Therapists in a Wide Range

Our patient record folders by AlphaNorm in the practical DIN A5 format are particularly popular. These double-sided printed A5 folders are made from sturdy 180 gsm computer cardboard and are tailored to different specialties. For example, gynaecologists, ophthalmologists and general practitioners can choose patient record folders specifically designed to meet the needs of their respective fields.

In our online shop, the AlphaNorm patient record folders are also available in DIN A4 format. These versions are designed for use across almost all medical specialties. As accessories, we offer lined insert sheets, available in packs of either 500 or 1,000 pieces, which can be folded once to convert them to DIN A5 format if required.

Accessories for Patient Record Folders & Medical Certificates

In addition to our range of patient record folders and record cards, we also offer practical accessories such as address label stickers, filing strips and signal cards made from coloured plastic to help organise and clearly separate patient records. Also popular are our appointment slips with carbon copy (250 per pack), on which up to 10 appointments can be recorded at the same time.

For your archive, we offer the archive boxes for DIN A5 patient record cards, which come with suitable labelling fields and can be stacked. This allows patient record folders in DIN A5 format to be stored neatly and in a space-saving manner for archiving during the statutory retention period.

As medical practices often use additional documents and forms, we also provide common form templates such as medical certificates for children (kindergarten certificate) or templates for confirmation of attendance. When private services are provided, a fee agreement for private medical services (IGEL services) is required. You will also find the appropriate templates with carbon copy for doctor and patient, suitable for all medical specialties.
