Simple ECG Derivation

Preparation for and proceeding of an ECG exam is simplified with the LevMed ECG electrode belt and the time consumption is greatly reduced. The ECG cable is to be connected to the belt, the electrodes moistened and the V1 and V2 electrode surfaces placed parasternal. 

The arm bracket of the ECG belt can be adjusted according to the patient to provide a comfortable fit, while also assuring correct positioning of the remaining chest leads. In a normal situation, the arm bracket should sit in the middle, between the elbows and shoulders, and it is important that all electrodes are in contact with the skin. The electrocardiogram can then be carried out as usual after moistening and correctly placing the extremity electrodes.

Hygienically Safe

This electrode belt is hygienically safe, thanks to the special Sanitized^® treatment. This treatment effectively prevents germ propagation on the surface. The protection is even guaranteed after the obligatory cleaning.

Sanitized^® Technology

The efficiency of the Sanitized^® treatment is tested and confirmed in accordance with ISO 22196. The antimicrobial efficacy of the silver ions is preserved by a special glass-ceramic capsule. Therefore, the ECG belt is especially suited for surgeries frequently giving ECG exams to various patients. Furthermore, the reliable protection against MRSA colonisation makes it great for use in clinics and nursing homes.
