Thanks to its integrated heating and ventilation, the innovative AIVIA 200 wall cabinet can be installed not only indoors in public buildings but also outdoors and effectively protects commercially available AED defibrillators from cold, heat and other weather-related influences. While the heating is activated at a temperature of 13° C, the ventilation switches on at 27° C and above. The compartment in which the defibrillator is stowed is additionally equipped with LED lighting. This makes it easier to work even in poor lighting conditions.
When the robust and transparent protective cover is opened, both an acoustic and a visual alarm signal in the form of a red flashing LED are triggered. This way, access as well as an emergency is automatically indicated. The separately available power supply unit is required to use the AIVIA protective cabinet.
