I bought my first 3200 five years ago but it developed a glitch, so I ordered another one. After getting the new one, I disassembled the old one, only to find it internally soaked in alcohol. I'm thinking our cleaning crew got carried away there. After cleaning and drying the innards, I now have two identical fully functioning electronic stethoscopes. One too many, but you never know... Oh, btw, I couldn't live without at least one. The one problem I have with the 3200 is that it's so sensitive and the sound is so clear that it is easy to over-diagnose minor abnormal sounds. I can't say that's a negative, though.
