The incontinence pants are suitable for men and women and are available in different sizes and for different levels of incontinence (drops). Unlike pads, MoliCare's Premium Elastic offer safety and mobility for adults suffering from mild incontinence to the most severe incontinence. The adult diapers from Paul Hartmann AG come in a range of 14 to 30 pieces per pack, depending on the size and absorbency level.

Thanks to the 3-layer absorbent core, the Premium Pants offer safe leakage protection and prevent rewetting and unpleasant odours. With the help of an integrated wetness indicator, it is easy to see when the product needs to be changed. Due to the stretchable side parts and the reclosable Velcro fastener, the MoliCare nappies are suitable for active as well as bedridden patients.

The Hartmann MoliCare Premium Pants are incontinence pants for severe urinary and faecal incontinence. The advantage of these briefs is, among other things, the discreet design of the pants, as they look almost like regular high-waist underwear. In addition, the soft, antibacterial and breathable material is particularly skin-friendly and prevents rewetting. The MoliCare disposable pantsers are optionally available for women in the MoliCare Premium Lady Pants variant, and for men as MoliCare Premium Men Pants, as well as invarious absorbencies indicated by drops and sizes of waist circumference.
