Dressing Forceps – Single-Use Peha®-instrument
These dressing forceps from Hartmann are a brushed steel, Peha®-instrument that can be easily and safely disposed of after use. The dressing forceps have a straight shape, are 16 cm in length and are fitted with a locking mechanism. Each pair of dressing forceps is individually sterile packed, has a sterile shelf life of 5 years and can be practically and hygienically dispensed from the supplied dispenser.

Areas of ApplicationThe dressing forceps mostly are used for holding sterile swabs or other sterile materials. Due to their special shape and long handles, they can also be used to reach deeper body cavities. Another use for dressing forceps is the grasping and removal of foreign bodies. When used in this way, the grooved jaws prevent the foreign body from slipping.
