Dressing forceps – Peha® single-use instrument

These dressing forceps from Hartmann are a Peha® single-use instrument made of brushed steel that can be disposed of easily and safely after use. The dressing forceps have a straight shape, are 16 cm in length and are fitted with a locking mechanism. Each pair of dressing forceps is individually sterile packed, has a sterile shelf life of 5 years and can be practically and hygienically dispensed using the supplied dispenser.

Fields of application

The dressing forceps are used mostly for holding sterile swabs or other sterile materials. Due to their special shape and long handles, they can also be used to reach deeper body cavities. Another use of dressing forceps is the grasping and removal of foreign bodies. When used in this way, the grooved holding jaws prevent the foreign body from slipping.  

About Peha® single-use instruments
