Bunsen Burners & Butane
Bunsen Burners & Butane Canisters for the Medical Laboratory
In this category, you will find Bunsen burners and butane canisters for use in the medical lab.
The Bunsen burner is often used for heating material samples or liquids. If the air intake is completely open, a sterile environment will be created surrounding the flame.
This also makes the Bunsen burner great for sterile work, such as microbiology.
Bunsen Burner with a Flame Temperature up to 1100°C
The functionality of a Bunsen burner is easily clarified: through the butane supply, the gas moves to through the opening of the upright metal tube of the Bunsen burner. Air is sucked in through this opening, which mixes with the butane. The gas is lit and burns at the end of the tube.
The Labogaz Bunsen burner is used with the butane gas canisters that are also available in this category. The flame from the Labogaz Bunsen burner is continuously regulable and can reach a flame temperature of up to approx. 1100°C. The butane gas canisters contain 190g of butane each and have a burn time of approx. 3.5 hours.
