The Beright Covid-19 antigen test is a chromatographic immunoassay for detecting acute SARS-CoV-2 infections. The test cassettes are delivered with all materials needed for testing and can be used directly in the medical surgery. The test results can be read within 15 minutes after specimen application.
The SARS-CoV-2 antigens are detected with help of nasopharyngeal swabs. During testing, the supplied swab is inserted into the nostril to collect a sample from the nasopharynx. Then, the swab is inserted into an extraction tube with buffer to stir for 10 seconds. Three drops of the mixture are applied to the specimen well of the test cassette. Of course, we also offer a control solution (positive & negative control) to use with the test.
