Successful System Migration Causes Occasional Complications
Dear customer,
Over the holidays, we carried out a major change to our software and put a completely new, largely fully automated logistics system into operation. After just a short period of time, we can already tell that we will be able to ship your orders even faster in the future, include all relevant information about your order and virtually eliminate shipping errors.
Over the past few weeks, we have been working around the clock to put the new technical equipment into operation and to install completely new workflows. As a result, we have already achieved significantly better results compared to the old system.
However, the truth is that this maintenance work has also led to delays in shipping. Dispatching these orders is our top priority and we expect to dispatch all orders within this week, without exception. On behalf of all staff, I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
