FIGHT AGAINST THE CORONAVIRUS – CURRENT MEASURES
Dear customer,
In order to handle the coronavirus crisis as well as possible, to reduce the internal risks of infection and to guarantee the shortest delivery periods possible, the following measures apply with immediate effect:
1. We will exclusively focus on work that contributes to delivering our products as fast as possible. For this purpose, we transfer all employees who are somehow available to the logistics department.
2. Our customer service will work in two shifts. Shift I will be from 5 to 13:30 and shift II will be from 14:00 to 22:30. As a result, our customer service will not be available between 13:30 and 14:00.
3. In our logistics department, we will also work in shifts, but here, we will also do night shifts. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the employees for their understanding and acceptance of these measures. This is a time where we need to show backbone and character and I am proud to have employees who are willing to take up this fight. I want to assure our customers that we will do everything we can to make our contribution to assuring medical care.
