We strive to arrange delivery of your wares as quickly and conveniently as possible. On this page, we provide you with a bit of information about our delivery service.

How We Deliver Your Order
Typically, we ship our packages with the parcel service DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution). As soon as your wares leave our facility, you will receive a confirmation mail with a tracking code so that you can always follow your package and know where it is at all times.
For our customers in many countries, including Germany, BeNeLux states, France, Poland, Great Britain and Switzerland, we can now organize your parcel delivery even more flexibly: provide your mobile phone number during the ordering process and you will receive an SMS on the same day as your package is shipped, which contains information regarding the exact delivery date. If the delivery period is inconvenient for you, then you can postpone your delivery up to 3 days with a simple SMS response. Additionally, on the day of your delivery, you will receive another SMS with which we provide you details regarding the time of your delivery.
Additionally, we offer two more particularly convenient delivery options: Praxisdienst Collect and Praxisdienst NOW. Customers within a 100 km radius of our logistics centre can collect their goods from our Praxisdienst Collect pick-up station if they wish. Customers from neighbouring Luxembourg can benefit from the Praxisdienst NOW courier service, which guarantees delivery of urgently needed goods within 3 hours.
We deliver heavy and cumbersome furniture or devices via freight forwarding. Articles in which you see the note “Free delivery to installation site included“ are delivered by two movers who will place the furniture or device in the location of your choosing.
Note to Accepting Wares
Regardless whether it is a parcel or a freight good, please take a few moments to inspect the delivery for external damage upon receipt. Should you be uncertain whether the delivery is damaged or not, please only sign under “subject to approval.“
Delivered Completely Assembled
We want to make your life as easy as possible. For this reason, on consistently more and more articles, you will find the note "Delivered completely assembled." These articles will be completely put together in our warehouse. For you, that means no stress with assembly–simply place it and you're finished!
