Items available for delivery usually arrive within 5-6 working days. Shipping costs (net) are 27.90 EUR (23.18 GBP)*, which includes customs clearance fee. In the recipient country, the local service partner will charge administration costs. Customs duties and local taxes may apply in the recipient country.

The surcharge for an express delivery by 10:00 a.m. on the next working day is EUR 22.50 plus VAT, for a delivery by 8:30 a.m. EUR 45.00 plus VAT.
Praxisdienst Collect
Praxisdienst Collect is intended for customers who are located within a radius of 100 km around our logistics centre. They can collect their goods from our Praxisdienst Collect pick-up station if they wish.

Praxisdienst Collect
Praxisdienst Collect is intended for customers who are located within a radius of 100 km around our logistics centre. They can collect their goods from our Praxisdienst Collect pick-up station if they wish.
Praxisdienst Now
Praxisdienst Now offers a courier service for customers from the adjacent Luxembourg area, which guarantees delivery of urgently needed goods within 3 hours. Courier delivery is provided at a flat rate of € 49 net.

DPD standard shipping to Norway
Items available for delivery usually arrive within 48 to 96 hours. Shipping costs are 27.90 EUR plus VAT. Customs duties and/or local taxes may apply in your country. Delivery to non-EU countries is untaxed. Please refer to the tax laws of your country.
DPD standard shipping to Poland

Please note that the following shipping information applies to shipping within Germany and the adjacent Luxembourg area. For information on the respective shipping options and costs, select the country from which you would like to order.
At Praxisdienst you can choose between standard delivery, express delivery, courier delivery or Praxisdienst Collect/Now.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free of shipping costs from a net order value of 100.00 EUR or more. Delivery within Germany with the parcel service DPD usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
Express Shipping (within Germany)
Express delivery can be selected under " Shipping Options" when completing the order. An express surcharge of EUR 22.50 net will be charged for express delivery by 10:00 a.m. on the next working day. An express surcharge of EUR 45.00 net will be charged for delivery by 08:30 on the next working day.
Freight Forwarding
Heavy and bulky furniture or appliances are delivered via a freight forwarding company. Delivery is made on a pallet or half-pallet "free kerbside". For these items, the cost of delivery is determined individually: after placing your order, you will receive a non-binding offer from us specifying the shipping costs.
Praxisdienst Collect
Praxisdienst Collect is intended for customers who are located within a radius of 100 km around our logistics centre in 54340 Longuich. They can collect their goods from our Praxisdienst Collect collection station if they wish.
Praxisdienst Now
Praxisdienst Now offers a courier service for customers from the adjacent Luxembourg area, which guarantees delivery of urgently needed goods within 3 hours. Courier delivery is provided at a flat rate of € 49 net.
Regardless whether it is a parcel or a freight good, please take a few moments to inspect the delivery for external damage upon receipt. Should you be uncertain whether the delivery is damaged or not, please only sign under “subject to approval.“
As soon as your parcel is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. You can use this shipping confirmation for live tracking of the shipment (if this service is available for the country you are ordering from). Please note that initial parcel information is only available when the parcel has been scanned at the parcel service's depot. Therefore, a few hours may pass between the confirmation email and the first entry.
Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
Items available for delivery are usually shipped on the same day if you order by 4pm CET. Orders received after 4 p.m. or on a weekend are processed during the night shift and handed over to the parcel service on the next working day. You can determine how long a parcel typically takes to arrive at your door by selecting the delivery country here. Goods in transit will be shipped as soon as we receive them. You will also receive a shipping confirmation. Please note that orders with the payment option "Advance Payment" will only be processed and shipped after receipt of payment.
Why is my order split?
We always try to ship an order in one package. We often ship large order quantities or items that are currently not in stock separately to ensure that deliverable items reach you as soon as possible. In any case, you will receive an individual tracking number for each parcel.
Where's my order, I think it should have arrived by now?
Use the tracking function (if available in your country) to check whether your parcel has been left with a neighbour or deposited at a drop-off location. If this is not the case and the usual parcel delivery time to your delivery country has been exceeded by more than 3 days, please contact us via contact form, live chat in the online shop or telephone, stating your order number.

We often ship large order quantities or items that are not in stock separately to ensure that deliverable items reach you as soon as possible. In any case, you will receive an individual tracking number for each parcel. As soon as the remaining items are ready for shipping, you will receive another shipping confirmation. You can view the shipping status of your delivery in your customer account under“Orders> Order History” .
Express delivery is available for our customers in Germany. For other countries, express delivery may be possible on request.
With the "Express Delivery" shipping option, your order will be delivered on the next working day for a surcharge of EUR 22.50 EUR net or EUR 45.00 EUR net, optionally by 8:30am or 10:00am. For us to be able to deliver your parcel by the desired time on the next working day, we must have received your order by 11am.
Availability for express delivery depends on the items in your order. You can see whether express delivery is available for your order in the last step under "Shipping Options".
In your customer account, you can always track the shipping status of your order under "My Orders".
We deliver heavy, unwieldy furniture or devices free of shipping costs via freight forwarding. This service currently applies to Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands and Denmark. There may be additional charges for other countries. For the items concerned, the corresponding information is displayed when the order is placed. Delivery costs are determined individually. After your order, you will receive a non-binding offer from us with the specified delivery costs.
Please note
• Our freight forwarder will inform you before delivery when your item will be delivered. Therefore, please always provide the recipient's email address and mobile phone number.
• In the case of high infection rates, delivery is only made to the kerbside, on-site delivery is not possible.
• There may be longer delivery times for deliveries to islands.
If you are unable to accept your parcel when DPD initially wants to deliver it, you can arrange a later delivery date or redirect the parcel to another address (if the service is available in your country).
Registration is not necessary. Enter the DPD parcel number on the DPD website , which we sent you with the shipping confirmation e-mail. Then add the postcode of the delivery address to your data. The following parcel control options are now available to you.

If you are purchasing for several practices or you work in different facilities, we will be happy to deliver your order to an address that differs from your billing address. To do this, click on the option "Ship to a different delivery address" in step 1 "Address" of the ordering process and fill in the corresponding details.
