Step 1: Position the vacuum tube on the marked and intact seal of the urine cup.
Step 2: Apply pressure to the tube so that the seal breaks. Now press the tube into the unit.
Step 3: The vacuum automatically fills the tube with the urine in the cup. Now wait until the tube is completely filled.
Step 4: Remove the tube from the transfer unit and label it with the specific patient data.
