Together with our logistics partner, we offer you the ability to track your shipment live and even adjust the delivery time and location, yourself. Furthermore, you can see if an item in our shop is in stock and ready for shipping.

Not located in the EU? No problem. We have ample experience with shipping to remote regions with difficult logistical requirements.

Returns

If an item does not meet your expectations, we will take it back for free within 14 days (please note: our terms and conditions exclude some items from this rule). You will be automatically notified once your return reaches us. Typically, processing of the return is carried out within a maximum of 2 business days.

However, the user account with Praxidienst can do a bit more: Once you log in, you will find a complete list of all of your activity in our shop under the "My Account" section. You can see your orders placed to date, can easily reorder items, follow the delivery status, pull up your personally configured products and access all of your invoices and messages. Additionally, you can configure your newsletter settings. With a user account from Praxisdienst, you always have your activity at a glance. It's worth it!

Order Alarm

The daily work in a practice requires the use of many unchanging consumables. Do not waste unnecessary time and resources–use our order alarm!
