Store heat-sensitive medications in a refrigerator or cooling compartment

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions regarding storage temperature
Always store medications in their original packaging
Ensure batch numbers and expiry dates are clearly visible on all medications, including opened packages
For multi-dose containers (e.g., bottles, vials, or injection pens), clearly mark the opening or first-use date after first opening
