How to order with Praxisdienst – the most important ordering steps at a glance.
Find your desired article
Our navigation is divided into three primary categories: Human, Dental, and Veterinary, each with its own set of subcategories. If you want to refine your search, you can use filters to see the product characteristics you require.
As an alternative to searching the categories, you can use our intelligent search function. Simply input your search term into the large grey field and confirm. This function works best when you have a specific article, category or information page in mind. Our intelligent search function provides you with search suggestions and further supports you by automatically correcting typing errors.
Place articles in your basket
Once you have found the product of your choice, click the "Add to Basket" button to add it to your basket. If you would like to add more articles to your basket, please click on "continue shopping" and repeat the process until you have all the items you need in your basket.
View your purchases in your basket
As soon as you have at least one item in your basket, you can access the basket page by clicking on the "Go to Basket" button. For a quick overview of your basket, you can always click on the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the page. If you have all of your desired items in your basket, proceed to the payment process by selecting the 'Checkout' button.
The Ordering Process - four steps to your goal
The ordering process consists of 4 steps. First, in step 1, you will be asked for your address data. If you have not yet logged in with your Praxisdienst account, you may now log in by entering your email address and password. If you do not yet have a Praxisdienst account, you may either open a customer account or order as a guest. We recommend creating a free, customer account. This not only saves you time on future orders, as you do not need to input your address details again, but also offers you multiple ways of viewing your order and its current delivery status or for arranging returns.
Order Confirmation and Shipment of Goods
After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all of the information about your order. As soon as the goods leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. By using the included tracking code, you can follow the status of your delivery online at any time. If you gave us your mobile number during the ordering process, then we will additionally inform you per text message about the status and delivery time of your package.
Placing Purchase Orders
If your surgery, organisation or institution prefers to use purchase orders, then we will gladly accept them. Please send your purchase order to email@example.com. We will then process it as quickly as possible. Once processed, we will send you an order confirmation for your review. Our typical terms of payment require payment to be made within 10 days of the invoice date. However, if you need more time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. If the following information is not already on your purchase order form, please be sure to inform us of the billing address, shipping address and your VAT registration number (if applicable).
