How to order with Praxisdienst – the most important ordering steps at a glance!
The following is an explanation of how to order through the online shop. For information on ordering via purchase order, please refer to our process for Placing Purchase Orders.
The Path to your Desired Article
We have seperated our navigation into 3 main categories (Human, Dental, Veterinary) with thematic subcategories therewithin. Within the product categories, you have the option to filter your requirements for the desired product characteristics for further specificity.
Alternative to searching the categories, our intelligent search function is available. Simply input your search term into the large blue field and confirm. This function is always suited for when you have a specific article, category or information page in mind. Our intelligent search provides you with search suggestions and further supports you by automatically correcting typing errors. Also included in the search results are various filtering options to further specifiy your search.
Place Articles in your Basket
Once you have found the product of your choice, click the "To Cart" button to add it to your basket. If you would like to add more articles to your basket, please click on "continue shopping" and repeat the process until you have all desired items in your cart.
View your Purchases in the Basket
As soon as you have at least one article in your cart, you can reach the basket page with one click on the button, "Go to Basket." For a quick overview of everything in your basket, you can always click on the shopping trolley symbol, found on the upper right hand side of the page. If you have all of your desired items in your basket, then you may begin the payment process by clicking on the button, "Checkout."
The Ordering Process - four steps to your goal
The ordering process consists of 4 steps. First, in step 1, you will be asked for your address data. If you are not yet logged in with your Praxisdienst account, you may still do so with your Email address and password. If you do not yet have a Praxisdienst account, you may either open a customer account or order as a guest. We recommend creating a free, customer account. This not only saves you time on future orders from inputting your address details again, but also offers you multiple possibilities to view your order, the current delivery status or to arrange returns.
Order Confirmation and Shipment of Wares
After a successful order, you will receive a confirmation Email from us with all information surrounding your order. As soon as the wares leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation per Email. By using the included tracking code, you can follow the status of your delivery online at any time. If you input your mobile number during the ordering process, then we will additionally inform you per SMS about the status and delivery time of your package.
Placing Purchase Orders
If your surgery, organisation or institution prefers to use purchase orders, then we will gladly accept them. You may please send your purchase order to email@example.com. We will then process it as quickly as possible. Once processed, we will send you an order confirmation for your review. Our typical terms of payment require payment to be made within 14 days of the invoice date. However, if you require more time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. If the following information is not already on your purchase order form, please be sure to inform us of the billing address, shipping address and your VAT registration number (if applicable).
