IV Stands to Hang Infusion Bags
Infusion stands are essential medical devices used to suspend infusion bottles in examination rooms, treatment areas, or operating theatres. Infusion bags can also be attached to an infusion stand. By elevating the infusion containers, the gravity infusion process becomes possible. Plastic infusion bottles can be hung securely using built-in hooks, while glass bottles can be fixed to the stand with a suitable bottle holder.
Infusion stands are usually continuously height-adjustable and, thanks to their high load capacity, can hold multiple infusion bottles simultaneously. Some models are also foldable, making them suitable for administering infusions during mobile use. With the castor base, the infusion stand can be moved easily, which is particularly helpful in hospitals. Many infusion stands also feature a mounted drip jar, ideal for collecting drip volumes from the infusion line or for storing consumables, such as mandrels.
All models are rust-resistant and made from chrome-plated steel, stainless steel, or other high-quality, easy-to-maintain materials. A seamless welded design in some models allows for effortless cleaning and disinfection, making them especially suitable for use in operating theatres or intensive care units. Our shop also offers versions with one-hand safety height adjustment or additional weighting. To prevent unwanted movement and ensure a stable base, infusion stands are generally equipped with lockable castors.
