Set Up Your Customer Account in Just a Few Steps

  • Click “My Account” at the top right of the homepage.
  • Select “Register” from the side menu.
  • Complete the form with your personal details – required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
  • Click “Continue” – and you’re done.

You can now use your account to track orders, view invoices, create wish lists and access many other practical features.

Forgot your password?

Click on “My Account”.

Select “I have forgotten my password”.

Enter your registered email address. You will then receive an email with a link to easily set a new password.

How can I change my details?

Click on “My Account”.

Select “My account settings”.

You can now edit and save your personal details.

Where do I change my address?

Click “My Account” at the top right.

From the side menu, select “Addresses”.

Click the pencil icon under “Available addresses”.

Edit your details and save the changes easily.

Where can I access my invoices?

Click “My Account” at the top right.

From the side menu, select “Invoices”.

Here you can download your invoice, check the shipping status or reorder the items.

How do I use shopping lists to order faster?

Click “My Account” at the top right.

From the side menu, select “Shopping lists”.

Here you can view, edit or create new lists at any time.

Products can also be easily added to a list directly from the product page by clicking the list icon at the top right.

How can I activate the free SSB service? (For customers in Germany only)

Open “My account settings” under “My account”.

Under “Select professional group”, choose your specialty.

Enter your LANR and BSNR numbers.

Activate the toggle for “In future, always order SSB supplies free of charge” to automatically benefit from our SSB service with every order from now on.
