Founded in 1953, Praxisdienst originally served the German market. Soon, we expanded to neighbouring countries — Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, and Switzerland. Until 2007, we operated exclusively as a mail-order company, before launching our webshop. Today, we proudly serve multiple international markets, offering our services in several languages, including Dutch.

Our Dutch-speaking customers are primarily assisted by Kimberly van Dijk and Gülcan Demirel.






Gülcan

Gülcan heads our customer service team. She ensures all client questions and concerns are addressed promptly, making sure our customers leave satisfied every time.
