The PL Praxisdienst Team

We’d Like to Introduce Ourselves…

…but first, let us share a few key facts about us. Praxisdienst was founded in 1953 and initially served the German market. Today, we operate a steadily growing online store in seven languages, including Polish, and are a trusted partner for doctors of all specialties, physiotherapists, alternative medicine practitioners, as well as sports clubs and charitable organisations.

The Polish-speaking Praxisdienst team consists of Karolina Wielądek, Magdalena Pucher, Małgorzata Paulus, and Kamila Braszka.



Karolina

Karolina leads the Polish Customer Service team. She is ready to answer any questions regarding our products, orders, invoices, payments, deliveries, and returns.




Magdalena

Magdalena assists Karolina in Customer Service. She is happy to advise you on our products and provide support before, during, and after your purchase.



Małgorzata

Małgorzata is responsible for the content of our Polish website. She translates product and category texts and edits newsletters, ensuring your shopping experience is as smooth and convenient as possible.
