We do not accept payment information over the phone. As an added measure of security, we do not accept credit card information or any other form of payment information over the telephone. If paying with a credit/debit card or PayPal, please place your order through the online shop.
We cannot accept cheques. The cheque as a form of payment has been phased out in Germany for many years now. Unfortunately, this means that we are not able to accept cheques; therefore, payments for invoices must be made via bank transfer or PayPal. Please contact customer service if you would like to pay for your invoice with a credit card.
In order to make the payment process as simple as possible for you, we provide you with a number of bank accounts. In many cases, we can also provide our customers abroad with a local banking connection.
Choose the payment method which is most convenient for you. For some payment methods, we even offer you a discount! Of course, the transaction of online payment methods are processed through a secure connection and is therefore, as safe as current technology allows.
If you would like your order to include express delivery, then you may not choose the prepay option. Please understand that some payment options are not available in all countries.
You will receive your order together with a bill and conveniently pay via wire transfer. Please transfer the alotted sum within 10 days (net) of receiving your wares to one of our accounts in your country. Please understand that this payment option is exclusively available to customers in Germany, Austria and Luxembourg, as well as UK customers who are registered NHS institutions, public institutions or universities. Customers from public institutions, authorities or large companies should please contact our customer service in order to arrange individual payment options.
Please also understand that orders placed on account may be subject to a thorough verification process. We will only authorize payment on account to customers who we believe meet the above mentioned credentials. Therefore, it is important to assure that all input information is accurate. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

Per Direct Debit
Special for if you order often with Praxisdienst, we offer you the direct debit (also known as direct deposit) payment option. The withdrawal from your account will occur simultaneously as you receive your wares. Of course, you may opt out of the direct debit authorisation at any time. For this, simply contact our customer service. At this time, the direct debit option is only available for our customers in Germany and Austria.

In addition to the card details, we require the card verification number during the transaction process. This three or 4 digit number is found on the backside of your credit card. Of course, Praxisdienst does not store any of your security relevant credit card information.

If you choose this payment method, please transfer the sum in the order confirmation to one of our bank accounts. Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment has been successfully transferred to one of our accounts.

Special for our customers with a billing address in holland, your online purchase may be paid with iDEAL. Countless Dutch banks support iDEAL.

P24 is currently the most popular online payment method in Poland. If you choose to pay via P24, please select your bank and include the necessary data with your transaction. You complete your transaction once you log into your online banking account and confirm the transaction with a TAN.
