Thanks to our convenient parcel station at our distribution centre on Trierer Str. 43-47, D-54340 Longuich, customers from Trier, Bitburg, Wittlich, Luxembourg, and the Saarland can now collect their orders flexibly, 24/7 – completely free of charge!

This service is especially useful for urgent orders. With our Collectbox, you can pick up your items as quickly as possible without delay*, provided the products are in stock.

Once your order has been placed in the Collect Station, you will receive an email with a confirmation and your personal collection code

How it works

Select "Collect Order" on the Collectbox touchscreen display.

Enter your pickup code and confirm your entry.

A compartment will now open. Please close it after retrieving your items.

*Orders placed before 16:00 are processed within 1 hour and deposited in the Collectbox. Orders received after 16:00 will be processed the following morning. The completeness of your order depends on stock availability. Items not in stock cannot be delivered within short timeframes. Items exceeding the compartment dimensions (60 x 30 x 25 cm) of the parcel station cannot be deposited in the collection point. These items can be collected without prior notice during the logistics centre's opening hours.

With our Praxisdienst NOW courier delivery, customers in the Luxembourg area can have their orders delivered quickly and conveniently to a desired address. This is especially useful for urgent orders!

Orders placed by 16:00 are delivered within just 3 hours, provided the items are in stock.
