Our "Preferred Delivery" service is of course offered free of charge to you.
Preferred Date: Delivery on the indicated date
Not only do we deliver quickly and reliably, but also on the desired date. For example, if you are opening a new practice and would like the delivery of your equipment on a fixed date, or prefer to have your consumables arrive immediately after your holiday, then simply share this information with us. Either make a note of your preferred delivery date under “More information on this order“ or simply contact our customer service.
Through our connection with the DPD-Predict-Service you can also take personal influence over the delivery date. During the ordering process, simply input your mobile number and you will receive detailed information via text message regarding the date and time by which your goods should be delivered. Should this appointment be inconvenient, adjust the delivery date to up to 3 working days with a simple text message response.
Preferred Address: Delivery to a different address
Are you active in multiple practices or organisations, yet equally responsible for purchasing, or would you simply prefer to have your items delivered to a private address? In such situations, we happily deliver your order to an address different from that of your billing address. Simply click on the option "Send to another delivery address" in step 1 "Address" of the ordering process and fill out the corresponding fields. You may save multiple delivery addresses in your customer account and conveniently choose the desired delivery address for each order.
