All personnel on our customer service team are educated medical product advisors, have specialised in individual themes, such as medical technology or equipment, and carry many years of experience.
How to contact our customer service:
It is particularly easy to directly reach our customer service team per online chat. One click on the green help button on the left side of your screen is enough to directly connect you with one of our customer service advisors. The online chat is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00am – 6:00pm CE(S)T. Should you not be able to directly connect to a customer advisor, your request will automatically be sent to us via email.
