Single-Patient Secretion Canister for the ATMOS LC 27
The single-patient secretion canister for the Atmos LC 27 suction device is designed for multiple use. The canister holds a volume of 800 ml and has easy-to-read volume markings. It is recommended to fill approx. 10 - 20 ml of water into the container before suction to prevent the secretion from drying.
Before the suction process, the secretion canister is closed with the lid and connected to the suction device. The lid of the secretion canister contains the connection for the suction hose, which can be attached using the DDS adapter. The secretion canister must be replaced each time the patient is changed.

The car power cable can be used to re-charge the ATMOS LC 27 Battery. One end of the car charging cable is connected to the cigarette lighter socket of the car and the other side to the suction unit. The device can be used at full suction capacity while charging. The device can still be operated using the 13.8-V low-voltage connection, even if the battery has been exhaustively discharged or is damaged. Full suction capacity will be available.

ATMOS LC 27 Suction Device
The ATMOS LC 27 is used for suctioning blood, secretions and food components from the oral cavity, pharynx and bronchial system. It is used, for example, for suctioning during tracheotomy, laryngectomy or swallowing disorders.
The vacuum capacity is infintitely adjustable via a regulator and read off directly from the clear pressure gauge. The single-patient secretion canister is directly connected to the suction unit by means of the Direct Docking System (DDS) and an intermediate bacterial filter cartridge protects the unit from contamination by dirt and liquids. With the help of a release button, the secretion canister can be easily removed for cleaning by hand or in the dishwasher.
As the secretion aspirator has been specially developed for use in the home environment, it is particularly easy and intuitive to use. The controls required for operation are coloured blue and designed so that no mistakes can be made during use.
The ATMOS extraction unit is available with or without a rechargeable battery as well as in the "Universal" version, which is also available with or without an integrated rechargeable battery.
