The Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope is compatible with both iOS and Android devices and connects via the Eko software. This feature allows heart sounds to be played through headphones or Bluetooth speakers, enabling, for example, pediatricians to let parents and young patients hear the heartbeat and actively involve them in the examination through on-screen visualisations.
Custom Engraving for a Personal Touch
With the engraving feature, each Littmann CORE Stethoscope can be personalised with up to 26 characters for a name, practice, or custom identifier. The brand new Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope combines the advantages of a classic Littmann stethoscope with the most advanced digital auscultation technology to date.
The Littmann CORE is equipped with active noise cancellation, which reduces disturbing background noise to a minimum. Combined with up to 40x amplification, you can hear even the faintest body sounds clearly, even in noisy environments.
Using Bluetooth, the auscultation can be transmitted in real time to a compatible Android or iOS device with the Eko app installed and visualised there. The examination can also be saved, commented on and shared with a professional colleague.
The Littmann CORE digital stethoscope has a dual-head chestpiece with a large diaphragm for adults and a small diaphragm for paediatrics. Both membranes can be used to auscultate body sounds in different frequency ranges by changing the contact pressure. This makes the Littmann CORE suitable for auscultation of the heart, lungs, intestines and vessels in adults and children.
A switch on the Eko amplifier allows you to switch between amplified listening mode and classic analogue mode with just one flick of the wrist. The volume in amplified mode is individually adjustable in 7 steps.
