14-Day Return Policy
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Free Returns
You can return your order within the EU easily and at no extra cost (excluding island territories).
Fast Refund
The payment will be processed promptly after receipt and inspection of the goods.

How Do I Register My Return?

With a Customer Account
  • Log in, select the order in the “Orders” section and click on “Return”.
  • Mark the items for return and choose the shipping method.
  • Select “Return Items”
  • Receive the DPD return label via email.
  • Print the label & attach it to the package.
  • Drop off the package at a DPD parcel shop or with the courier (depending on the chosen shipping method).

  • Send an email to info@praxisdienst.com (include customer and invoice number + item details)
  • Briefly describe the return and request authorisation
  • Receive the DPD return label via email
  • Print the label & attach it to the package
  • Drop off the package at a DPD parcel shop or have it collected by the DPD courier (depending on the chosen shipping method)
Top Tip

Dropping off the package at a DPD parcel shop offers you greater flexibility and planning security. When collected by the courier, an exact collection day or time cannot be guaranteed; the pickup will occur within a time window of up to 4 days after we have scheduled the collection with DPD.

What Should I Keep in Mind When Returning an Item?

  • Please place the goods in the original packaging and pack them carefully (preferably in the original shipping box) to avoid damage during transport.
  • All accessories (e.g. cables, CDs, manuals) must be included in full.
  • Please include a copy of the invoice with your return and briefly inform us of the reason for the return and, if applicable, your exchange request via the complaint form.

Which Items Are Excluded from the Return Policy?

Sterile, IVD and Underwear
Sterile products and in vitro diagnostics (IVD) are legally excluded from return.  Underwear is also excluded from return.
Digital Services
Digital products (e.g. PDPlus, software, licences, or apps) are excluded, as they cannot be reused or resold to third parties once activated.
Personalized Products
Personalized items (e.g. with laser engraving) and custom-made products are excluded, as they are manufactured specifically for you.
