Probiotic Cleaning & Care Products
Provilan's veterinary range of probiotic cleaning and care products offers an innovative approach to combating pathogenic bacteria and organic dirt. The principle is based on special probiotic bacteria, so-called auto-active micro-organisms: these feed on proteins, fats, carbohydrates, minerals and salts, thus achieving microscopic cleaning.
All preparations contain living microorganisms that settle and multiply on the surface, skin or wound after application. Pathogenic and resistant bacteria are displaced and their numbers are significantly reduced.
The Provilan Vet products are not only innovative in terms of their mode of action, but also in terms of environmental protection: the ecological cleaners contain only natural ingredients, such as water and fragrances. No chemical dyes, fragrances or preservatives are used. In addition, all products are vegan and free of animal testing, and even the bottles are made of recycled plastic.
Natural Care for Animals
The Provilan Vet Dermo Care is used to clean and care for the injured skin of pets and horses. The living microorganisms contained cause a natural disinfection by fighting pathogenic bacteria and which prevents inflammations. In this way, the damaged skin is not only cleaned, but also strengthened by optimising the microbial balance.
Provilan Vet Eye Care is used to clean and care for the corners and eyelids of animals. Especially dog and cat breeds with long fur and flat muzzles tend to produce more tear fluid. This leads to a moist environment around the eyes, which can lead to infections.
The Provilan Vet product series also offers a suitable preparation for teeth cleaning: Provilan Vet Dental Care, a tooth spray with living microorganisms, eliminates pathogenic bacteria and acts as a natural disinfectant. This creates a balanced microflora of the teeth, gums and oral cavity in dogs and cats. The spray is also suitable for sensitive or difficult animals and has a tasty chicken flavour.
To clean the ears of dogs, cats and pets gently and effectively, we offer Provilan Vet Ear Care cleaning solution. This contains living microorganisms that remove organic waste in the ear, thereby creating a balance of microflora. Thus, the risk of bacterial infection is reduced - without the risk of developing resistance.
Especially for the treatment of horse hooves, the LUCAA+ Probiotic Wound Care Spray Horses, a probiotic wound prophylaxis, is applied in the form of an environmentally friendly paste. This dries out the skin, protects against wetness as well as dirt and prevents the risk of inflammation in skin wounds. The balance of the microflora around and on the wound is improved and a deep, microscopic cleansing is achieved. The damaged skin thus becomes more resistant to external influences and is protected in the long term from repeated colonisation by pathogenic bacteria.
Probiotic Cleaner for the Animal Environment
The LUCAA+ Probiotic Surface Cleaner is used for the sustainable and gentle cleaning of cages, enclosures, kennels as well as baskets, blankets and animal toys. With each application, more and more harmful bacteria are removed with the help of the living microorganisms contained. This also eliminates unpleasant odours, creates a healthy microbiological balance and prevents resistance.
The Provilan Odor Remover is practical for all areas of animal care and treatment. Unpleasant odours are completely eliminated in two effective phases: In phase one, odour molecules are enclosed and then completely broken down by the auto-active microbes in the second phase. Although the living microorganisms need considerably more time than chemical disinfectants, the result lasts for days and is prolonged with each subsequent application.
