Sabouraud Dextrose Agar
Ready-to-use Sabouraud Dextrose Agar for selective cultivation of moulds, dermatophytes and yeasts. Due to the low pH value and the high glucose concentration, the growth of fungi is promoted and bacterial growth is suppressed.

- Low pH value, high glucose concentration
- Incubation temperature between 20 and 37 °C (as required)
- pH: 5.6 ± 0.2 at 25 °C
- 1 pack of 20 culture media
Please Note: the culture media have a limited shelf life of approx. 2 months.
Composition:
- D(+)-glucose 40.0 g/l
- Peptone from casein 5.00 g/l
- Meat peptone 5.00 g/l
- Agar 15.0 g/l
