Small animals under anaesthesia and, in particular, animals involved in accidents run a risk of hypothermia. Therefore, the "mat4pet" heating pad is used in veterinary medicine to maintain the temperature of ill and anaesthetised animals. It is thin, flat and washable, also making it suitable as an underpad for animals, both during and after an operation.
This heating pad for animals is operated with 30 watts at 12V. Damage to the heating mat or cable does not put either humans or animals at risk. This heating mat maintains a constant temperature of approx. 38 °C over the entire surface and therefore, allowing for no-risk use.
